Toppling Goliath - pseudoSue

From the Brewer

"This single hop pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. She roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. pseudoSue’s unique and addictive taste is clean and bright with just enough bite!"

The Beer

A great citra based pale ale. Golden promise is an interestig grain you may not use all the time. Golden promise is a UK grain that adds just a bit of mellow sweetness. This recipe shoots a little higher on the hops than the original beer - I just like it that way.
